1 out of 5 starsEtsy is a wonderful place to buy and sell. I shop here frequently and I myself am a shop owner. This is my first problem I have had on Etsy in my ~3 years on here. With that said, this seller is extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of telling me that she couldn't complete the transaction and then refunding me, she just chose to ignore my messages. Previously she had been quick to respond and very friendly. She had added me on Facebook, so I could see that all was well and she was just ignoring me. Eventually I was refunded after opening a case via PayPal and letting them decide the outcome. Don't be afraid to work with them - PayPal has great buyer protection and I am so thankful for that!

1 out of 5 starsAs an Etsy seller, I'm disappointed to have to leave this review. The seller failed to mail my custom items w/in the given time frame. I asked for a shipping update & 3 days later received a response that they would ship that week. 2 weeks went by & I still didn't receive the item, a tracking number, or communication from the seller. I asked for another update & didn't receive a response. The same day I got the auto-email from Etsy saying my item had been marked as "shipped." The tracking never showed movement past the label being created & 1 week later my order had been UNMARKED & went back to "not shipped" status. Again, I asked the seller for an update & again, I received no response & no tracking number. I finally opened a PayPal case against the seller, and within 30 minutes the shop had gone on vacation. DO NOT BUY!

1 out of 5 starsAs an Etsy Shop owner myself, I am very saddened by the need to write this review. I ordered this custom listing on March 11th and when the order did not ship during its two week period; I contacted the seller who told me she needed to order supplies. Tomorrow it will be May 1st, and I have found the seller has put her shop on vacation mode without any notification. When I attempted to contact her, I used both Etsy conversation and Facebook. She immediately unfriended me and ignored my messages. I am currently in the process of opening a formal PayPal dispute against this shop.

1 out of 5 starsSCAM!!!!! DO NOT !!!!! buy from this seller!!!! I purchased a custom order of 15 for my sisters wedding, I was told would arrive the first week of April!!!! I have contacted the owner via conversation 8 days ago asking the shipment status as well as private email numerous times since then. Still no news super disappointed and shocked this has happened! wish I could get a response... wasted my money!!! hoping esty can resolve this and get my money back.... thank you ruining part of my sisters bridesmaids favors !!! Owner deleted my Facebook comment asking for an ETA! So unprofessional !
